This class is for people with rehabilitation requirements, and whom have been seen by a medical professional prior to starting pilates. Hip mobility can be either a lack of flexibility, or a lack of strength and stability. Depending on your requirements, we will work through the pilates repertoire to either improve strength and stability, or increase the pelvic mobility to create an improved ease of movement.
