PILATES - SCOLIOSIS

Scoliosis can vary in its forms of severity and discomfort.  Whether you have chronic day to day pain; challenges sitting up un-aided and using your spine; or mild/severe aches/pain, this class will help to lengthen shortened muscles and strengthen lengthened muscles from the changed spinal position.  This class is only taught in private sessions to ensure correct cueing and ensure safety of your back.  Before attending this class, you will need to see a medical professional, have sign off and put them in contact with me prior to the first class.
