PILATES - POST NATAL

This class is designed to support bringing your body back together after childbirth.  The focus is on core strength and pelvic floor, and re-engaging with your body as your muscles and your engagement with your body awareness can feel quite changed after childbirth. The workout will be a gentle workout building up your stamina, and will leave no muscle un-turned as we re-engage your muscles.
