PILATES - PRE NATAL

Wether you have done Pilates before or not, this class is appropriate for you if you are pregnant.  Pilates will keep you completely mobile during your pregnancy, and it will build and support muscles required as your body shape changes, and prepare you for the labour and post labour demands of having a baby.  Maintaining a good posture throughout all three trimesters is important to avoid back aches and general injuries.  These classes are only offered as private sessions.
