PILATES - ADVANCED CLASSES

A class for a well seasoned Pilates practitioner.  This level of class works to continue to build endurance, core strength, elongating, strengthening and toning muscle without building bulk, through a very challenging set of exercises.  This builds on the previous experience, and in most cases, some advance exercises will begin to be incorporated in the Intermediate classes.  Typically Advance features a lot of ‘in the air’ exercises.
