PILATES - ESSENTIAL MATWORK

Both of the exercises to challenge your core.  This is a perfect starting point for beginners to pilates, someone in rehabilitation or someone wanting to re-visit and perfect technique.  We will heighten your body awareness and ability to disassociate muscle engagement, and give you a good understanding of your postural alignment.  Props will be included throughout classes for progressions and variety.
