PILATES - INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Building on the Essential repertoire, we will focus on control and endurance of your deep core muscles in a complete body workout in all planes of movement.  Using legs and arms in long levers to challenge stability, and also props and weights to increase the difficulty and resistance of exercises.
