WELCOMERoaming Pilates is a Pilates business that not only roams countries, but also roams to your door giving you ultimate flexibility to fit a Pilates workout into your daily schedule. Currently I am in Tbilisi, the Republic of Georgia (Central Asia, not America!), moving to London in January 2018, then to Bangkok January 2019 for 5 years - keep an eye out for me!
Pilates is fantastic for rebalancing muscle imbalances, purely as a form of exercise, staying mobile pre and post pregnancy, or to rehabilitate an injury/chronic illness and generaly keeping your body moving in all planes of movement and staying fit and healthy. Pilates is a great place to start exercising if you are new to working out, and is a fantastic in addition to an exercise schedule to target those deep core muscles that often can be missed out in weight training and cardio workouts.
